浅议股份制施工企业上市前的财务准备

摘要：跟着我国社会主义市场经济体系的逐步树立和完善，国有企业的改造力度也逐步加大，大多数企业经过公司化改造以及管理体系的完善与加强等，走上了良性开展的路途，部分成绩较好的企业融入股市，置于经济杠杆的效果之下。国有施工企业是我国经济结构的重要组成部分，从现在的全体情况来看，跟着我国经济实力的不断强大，其开展前景是达观的。当然，参加世贸组织今后，国有施工企业也面临着严峻的应战。为了应对新的应战与机会，使更多的投资者重视这一范畴，支撑国有施工企业进行股份制改造并在恰当的情况下上市就成为一条快捷而卓有成效的路途。笔者依据其地点施工企业请求上市过程中的实践经历，谈谈股份制施工企业上市前的财政预备工作。

Abstract:Andconsummatesalongwithourcountrysocialistmarketeconomicsystem\'sgradualestablishment,State-ownedbusiness\'stransformationdynamicsalsograduallyenlarges,themajorityenterpriseswithstrengthenandsoonthroughthecorporationtransformationaswellasmanagementsystem\'sconsummation,hassteppedontothebenigndevelopmentpath,thepartialachievementgoodenterpriseintegratesthestockmarket,putsundereconomiclevers\'function.Thestate-ownedconstructionenterpriseisourcountryeconomicstructureimportantcomponent,lookingfromthepresentoverallcondition,alongwithourcountryeconomicpotentialityunceasingstrength,itsprospectsfordevelopmentisoptimistic.Certainly,afterjoiningWorldTradeOrganization,thestate-ownedconstructionenterpriseisalsofacingthesternchallenge.Inordertodealwiththenewchallengeandtheopportunity,causesmoreinvestorstopayattentiontothisdomain,supportsthestate-ownedconstructionenterprisetomakethejointstocksystemtransformationandgoesonthemarketinthesuitablesituationbecomesoneconvenientandtheeffectivepath.Theauthoractsaccordingtoits,intheconstructionenterpriseappliesforinthegoingonthemarketprocessthepracticalexperience,beforechattingthejointstocksystemconstructionlistingthefinancepreparatorywork.
